Description

The procedure concerns the issuance of a licence to enterprises for the repair of airguns, provided that the prescribed conditions for the establishment and operation of the related enterprises are met. It is addressed to enterprises and legal persons.

In the case of an individual enterprise, the applicant must not be suffering from or have been hospitalised for a major mental disorder or serious personality disorder. In any other case of a legal person, this requirement applies to all the representatives and managers in the case of joint-stock companies and limited liability companies and of general partners in the case of general and limited partnerships.

In the case of an individual enterprise, the applicant must not have been irrevocably convicted of a. any misdemeanour prosecuted ex officio and committed with intent, for which a prison sentence of at least 2 years was imposed and b. any misdemeanour provided for by the provisions of Law 2168/93 and Law 3500/2006. Τhe applicant must also not have been prosecuted for: a. acts punishable to the degree of a felony, b. violations of the laws on drugs and protection of society from organised crime, terrorist acts, violations of provisions concerning fishing with explosives or toxic substances and violations of article 15 of Law 2168/93, c. acts provided for in Law 3500/2006. In any other case of an enterprise, this requirement applies to all representatives and managers in the case of joint-stock companies and limited liability companies and of general partners in the case of general and limited partnerships.

Α licensed site - factory or workshop must exist, which must meet all urban planning obligations as well as safety measures for its safe operation and the safe storage of the firearms produced.

The used spare parts - parts of firearms must be of factory manufacture, have the prescribed marking of firearms and their suitability must be certified according to a certificate.

  • Application by the applicant stating the reasons and the type of authorisation requested, the name or trade name and registered office of the enterprise and the details of its representative, i.e: Surname, First Name, Patronymic, Maiden Name, Date and place of birth, address of residence, Identity card or passport number, date of issue and issuing authority, occupation, telephone number and email.
