About
Application for administrative redress or hierarchical administrative appeal pursuant to article 24 of Law No. 2690/1999. The person concerned may apply either to the administrative authority which issued the act for its revocation or amendment (application for redress) or to the authority which heads the issuing authority for the annulment of the act (hierarchical appeal). The administrative authority to which the application is submitted must notify the person concerned of its decision on the application within thirty (30) days at the latest, unless a different time limit is laid down by special provisions.
