  Note

  The application for a private school licence must be accompanied by a folder containing the supporting documents addressed to Department A of the Independent Directorate of Private Education and another folder containing the supporting documents for the building inspection to be carried out by the National Organisation for the Certification of Qualifications & Vocational Guidance (EOPPEP). The application may be sent either by conventional mail in paper form or submitted online along with all documents in digital form via the official website of the body.

2Solemn declaration under Law no. 1599/1986, with attestation of authenticity of signature, in which the applicant must state: a) that they do not have the capacity of a civil servant, an employee of a public legal person or of a local government organisation or a clergyman, b) that they have not been convicted or referred for trial by a final judgement of a judicial council according to Articles 8 and 9 of the Civil Service Code (Law No. 3528/2007, A 26) as amended and in force, c) that they have not been dismissed from a position as a civil servant or private teacher for disciplinary reasons, d) that they have not been subjected to the administrative sanction of revocation of the licence to establish or operate for the same or another private education and training institution in the last ten years, e) their place of permanent residence.Solemn Declaration
