Description
This procedure concerns the permission of the operation of an ‘LPG or mixed gas service station of public use’ to another natural or legal person authorised to establish it, with or without the charging of batteries of electric vehicles (recharge points), from their respective regional transport and communication services.

If the period of fifteen (15) working days elapses without the licensee having approved or rejected the request, the requested changes shall be deemed to have been approved and the party concerned is legally operating its business without any additional restriction. In the case of implied approval, the person concerned may request a certificate from the licensee in accordance with Article 10(4) of Law 3230/2004 (A44) and the licensee shall transmit all supporting documents for verification to the Department of Fuel and Energy Services of the Technical Control and Service of the Directorate-General for Vehicles and Facilities of the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport.

Remarks
In case a service station that has been licensed without granting of an authorisation, is transferred or leased or otherwise granted to another person (natural or legal), its authorisation shall be granted to the new person within fifteen (15) working days from the date on which his application is submitted.
