Applicants shall possess building, electromechanical and other installations in accordance with the requirements of the institutional framework.

They shall possess mechanical equipment in accordance with the requirements of the institutional framework.

They shall possess a fire safety system in accordance with the provisions in force.

They shall possess a certification by an appropriately accredited body in accordance with Standard ISO 9001.

      Private vehicle technical-inspection centres are licensed under Laws 2963/2001 (Series I, 268) and 3919/2011 (Series I, 32).     Tacit approval

    After the expiration of the prescribed deadline, the interested person operates the said laboratory freely (art. 3 of Law 3919/2011 - A΄ 32). The interested party, in the case of implicit approval, can request the relevant certificate of operation from the competent administrative authority for the issuance of the deed, in accordance with par. 4 of article 10 of Law 3230/2004 (A 44).
