Description
Τhe procedure relates to announcement of the commencement of sales of plant protection products (PPPs). A plant protection product shop or store is the space where producers obtain pesticides to use on their crops. This is addressed to citizens, business undertakings and legal entities.

About
The Service may prohibit exercise of the profession within a period of 90 days if the requisite legal conditions are not met or if the information submitted fails to show that they have been met. After expiry of the aforementioned deadline, it will be presumed that the profession may be freely practised (Article 3 of Law 3919/2011). In this case, the interested party may request a certificate from the relevant administrative authority (Article 10(4) of Law 3230/2004).
