Conditions

Submission of application – Solemn Declaration about the Temporary and Occasional Provision of professional services on which (application) information such as the following is included: (a) personal data of the service provider, (b) his/her contact details, (c) professional details, such as the member-state of legal residence, the profession for which he/she has the legal qualifications, the profession that he/she desires to temporarily and occasionally exercise in Greece, (d) data of insurance coverage for professional liability, (e) the form of employment (as a freelancer or a salaried person), (f) the place, the duration and the date of the provision of services.

Lawful installation of the service provider in the country of installation.

At the time of issue of the attestation, the provider should not be prohibited, even temporarily, from carrying out the relevant activities.

The provider shall possess the relevant professional qualifications.

The provider shall possess the relevant professional experience (if required).
