Conditions

Submission of Application – Solemn Declaration of the interested party (natural or legal person) on the subject: "Statement of temporary/cross-border provision of slimming units - dietary units services".

The interested party must have the required infrastructure.

The applicant must hold the required academic degrees.

The interested party must legally exercise the specific professional activity.
