Description

The procedure is the first part for the final issuance of the Foreman of 2nd Specialty Installation Engineer Licence. More specifically, the parts of the process are: # Authorisation of participation in examinations for the purpose of obtaining a Licence of Foreman of 2nd Specialty Installation Engineer - the final stage is the issuance of a Certificate (Attestation) of Submission of Supporting Documents – and # Issuance of the Licence of Foreman of 2nd Specialty Installation Engineer - the final stage is the issuance of the relevant Licence.

Conditions

1st part: Authorisation to participate in examinations for a Licence of Foreman Installation Engineer of 2nd Specialty

2. The applicant must have obtained the Licence of Installation Foreman of 1st, 3rd or 4th Specialty

3. If the applicant is a citizen of an EU member state and has acquired his / her professional qualifications in another Member State, either as a self-employed or as an employee, these professional qualifications must have been recognized by the competent authority of the country.

1st part: Authorisation to participate in examinations for a Licence of Foreman Installation Engineer of 2nd Specialty If the applicant is a Chief Installation Technician of 2nd Specialty, he/she must also have acquired 24 months of previous work experience in installations of the 2nd Specialty after having submitted an application for the issuance of an Attestation of Announcement of a Chief Installation Technician of 2nd Specialty.

If the applicant is an Installation Foreman of 1st, 3rd or 4th Specialty, he/she must also have acquired 8 months of previous work experi-ence as a Chief Installation Technician in installations of the 2nd Specialty. In case the applicant has attended one or more special Vocational training programs, the corresponding prerequisite service may be replaced up to 25% by those, after the issuance of an Attestation of Announcement or a valid Licence

If the applicant has obtained a degree after the issuance of the relevant Licence, he/she must prove it by submitting the relevant degree. In case the person concerned has attended a specific vocational training programme, the corresponding prerequisite experience required may be replaced by up to 25%, by attending one or more specific vocational training programmes, following the issue of a Certificate of Announcement or a valid licence.

If the person concerned has obtained a degree after obtaining the relevant licence, he/she must submit the relevant qualification.

61. If the applicant worked as an employee: Proof of previous work experience from the company where the applicant was employed, co-signed by the supervisor (holder of a Licence or an attestation of announcement), in which the details of the employer and the supervising Licencee or holder of the attestation of announcement - Licence number and issuing authority - the details of the person concerned, the duration of employment - exact time of employment in wages -, the specialty and the level to which the person concerned has been trained shall appear. 2. If the applicant worked as a self-employed: Solemn Declaration of Law 1599/1986 stating: a) the duration of the previous work experience with reference to the specialty and the level of employment of the applicant, b) that he/she was employing by a project or employment contract a supervising Licencee or a person entitled to supervise - with reference to the name and the number of the Certificate of Announcement or Licence of the supervisor, c) that the average annual turnover exceeds 60% of the average annual individual disposable income (MEADE), as calculated by ELSTAT. during the period of acquisition of the experience and d) that he/she possesses the supporting documents described in paragraphs 2.1., 2.2. and 2.3. of article 6 of PD 115/2012. 3. If the applicant was employed in Public Sector, Legal Entity of Public or Private Law and Local Government Authorities: Hiring decision from which it can be deduced that the applicant and/or the supervisor was hired as a Technician, Chief Technician or Foreman of installations or Decision of the competent authority assigning the tasks of technician, chief technician or foreman, to the interested person, provided that he/she has the required Licence, or, in the case of the technician, an attestation of announcement 4. If the applicant attended a special professional training program: Certificate of attendance of the special professional training program 5. If the applicant has acquired experience as an extended-term reserve private or a reserve officer during the fulfillment of his mili-tary obligations: Attestation from a competent military authority, indicating in detail the type of service performed and its duration 6. In case of inability to present the above-mentioned supporting documents, as a result of the destruction of records or employment records or from another cause, the following may be accepted as evidence: Booklets of insurance stamps, as well as any other public document, from which the employment of the applicant in a job position with the same or related object is deduced and the interested party must substantiate in his/her application the reasons for which he/she is unable to provide the necessary supporting documents. One or more supporting documents are submitted that cover as a minimum the required total duration of previous professional experience. The above evidence shall be submitted in the event of failure to produce the documents referred to, which may be due to the destruction of files or work records or for any other reason. The applicant must state in his/her application the reasons why he/she is unable to provide the necessary supporting documents. The information will be examined by the relevant selection board or by a collective body set up for this purpose by the Regional Director (if no selection board is set up), which will draw up a report on the applicants length of service. One or more supporting documents covering at least the total length of service required must be submitted. If the service was obtained in another EU Member State, the relevant supporting documents must be checked for authenticity by the competent authorities of that Member State.

The certificate is submitted in case the person concerned was employed by Public Services, N.P.D.D. or N.P.I.D. and O.T.A. on assignment and has the respective license of master craftsman/ foreman or the certificate of announcement of craftsman. One or more supporting documents covering at least the minimum total length of service required must be submitted. If the experience was acquired in another EU Member State, the relevant documents must be checked for authenticity by the competent authorities of that Member State.

In case of expiration of the above deadline of 15 days, it is considered that the application of the interested party has been implicitly accepted, according to par. 4 of article 14 of Law 3844/2010 (G.G. 63/A/3-5-2010). The interested party in the above case of tacit approval may request the relevant certificate from the Issuing Authority, in accordance with par. 4 of article 10 of Law 3230/2004 (GG 44/A/2004).
