- License for the installation and operation of a B class distillery or a special factory for vinegar production or a special factory for the manufacture of raisin syrup and similar preparations or - Certificate of exemption from the obligation to obtain the said licence.

Existence of mechanical equipment, facilities, production capacity and manufacturing methods of raisin syrup in accordance with applicable legal and regulatory framework.

Fees / Imposts

  • 116 € for the Right on Performing Chemical Works (Minimum, 29 € per hour of control, 4 hours average, without transportation costs) Payment of Chemical Tasks Execution Rights (DEXE): € 29 per testing hour. - On average 3-5 hours are required. - If the test is carried out outside the premises of the Service, actual travel expenses are added to the costs, plus the in force per diem compensation of travelling employees. (Decision of the Minister of Finance No. GXK: 30/002/000/8788 (GG B 181/ 27.1.2017).

In case no response has been provided before the above deadline, it is considered that the application of the interested party has been implicitly accepted (tacit approval) and the licence has been issued, according to par. 4 of article 14 of Law 3844/2010 (GG 63/A/2010). The applicant, in the aforementioned case of tacit approval, may request a relevant certificate from the administrative authority responsible for issuing the act, in accordance with paragraph 4 of article 10 of 3230/2004 (Government Gazette 44/A/2004).
