1Certificate from a competent authority of the Member State of establishment that the provider is legally established therein and is lawfully pursuing that professional activity and that he has not been prohibited, even temporarily, from exercising it at the time of issue of the certificate.
If no authorization is provided for the specific activity by the Member State of establishment, a certificate from the competent authority of the Member State of establishment regarding the legal incorporation of the company and its legal representative shall be provided.Certificate
