Description

The procedure concerns the issuance of a license to companies for the priming of firearm cartridges (except those for hunting) and then to their trading, provided that the conditions provided for by other provisions are established and the operation of these companies and the trading license has been issued. In the case of a sole proprietorship, the applicant must not have suffered or been treated for a major mental disorder or severe personality disorder. In any other case of a legal entity, this condition applies to all the representatives and managers in order for SA. and Ltd. and partners with unlimited liability for general partnership companies and limited partnership companies.

In the case of a sole proprietorship, the applicant has not been irrevocably convicted of: a. any misdemeanor that is prosecuted ex officio and committed with intent, for which a prison sentence of at least two (2) years has been imposed and b. any misdemeanor provided by the provisions of Law 2168/1993 and Law 3500/2006. Also, The applicant must not have been prosecuted for: a. acts punishable as a felony, b. violations of the laws on drugs and protection of society from organized crime, for terrorist acts, for violations of provisions relating to fishing with explosives or toxic substances and for violations of article 15 of Law 2168/1993 c. acts provided for in Law 3500/2006. In case of a legal entity, the condition concerns all the representatives and managers in order for SA. and Ltd. and partners with unlimited liability for general partnership companies and limited partnership companies.

To have a licensed space - factory or laboratory, which meets all urban planning obligations as well as security measures for its safe operation and safe storage of firearms produced.

For the manufactured firearms to have their suitability certified according to a certificate.

In the case of a sole proprietorship, all the incompatible qualities must not be present in the person of the applicant. In case of a legal entity, the condition concerns all the representatives and managers in order for SA. and Ltd. and partners with unlimited liability for general partnership comanies and limited partnership companies.
