Application – Solemn declaration of the applicant (article 8 of Law 1599/1986) (Request description: Announcement of the commencement for practicing the profession of medical laboratory radiotherapy technologist)

The interested party must identify his/her personal details

The person concerned must not have been irrevocably convicted of a felony or any of the misdemeanors of theft, embezzlement, fraud, extortion, forgery, grievous bodily harm, breach of drug or ethical provisions.

The interested person must have a degree from the Department of Radiology of the Higher Technological Educational Institutions (ATEI), or a degree from the Department of Radiology and Radiology Technologists of the Higher School of Health and Social Welfare of the Centers (Vocational Education) Κ.Α.Τ.Ε.Ε.) which has been recognized as equivalent to the above or equivalent to a foreign school. In case the interested party is a citizen of an EU member state. and has acquired his professional qualifications in another Member State - either as a self-employed person or as an employee, his professional qualifications must have been recognized by the competent body of the country

The applicant, in the aforementioned case of tacit approval, may request a relevant certificate from the administrative authority responsible for issuing the act, in accordance with paragraph 4 of article 10 of 3230/2004 (Government Gazette 44/A/2004).
