Description

The procedure concerns the issuance of an operating licence for a Recovery-Rehabilitation Center and is available to Citizens, Businesses, Legal Entities, who meet the appropriate requirements.

Permit of establishment of a Recovery-Rehabilitation Center must be issued

The legal representative (in case of a legal person) or the applicant (in case of a natural person) must appoint the Scientific Director

The applicant must not have been irrevocably convicted of a felony or any of the misdemeanors of theft, embezzlement, fraud, extortion, forgery, grievous bodily harm, or violation of provisions related to drugs or to the mores.

For the Inpatient Recovery-Rehabilitation Centers, a Fire Safety Certificate is required from the Fire Service.

For the other categories of Recovery - Rehabilitation Centers, a Solemn declaration for the existence of firefighting equipment by the person to whom the establishment permit has been issued is required.

Observance of the legal provisions regarding the architectural, static E/M specifications in force for Recovery-Rehabilitation Centers as well as the relevant Urban Planning provisions.

In case no response has been provided before the above deadline, it is considered that the application of the interested party has been implicitly accepted (tacit approval) and the license has been issued, according to par. 4 of article 14 of Law 3844/2010 (GG 63/A/2010). The applicant, in the aforementioned case of tacit approval, may request a relevant certificate from the administrative authority responsible for issuing the act, in accordance with paragraph 4 of article 10 of 3230/2004 (Government Gazette 44/A/2004).
