Description

The procedure concerns the temporary and occasional provision of services for the profession/activity of the Self-Diving Certification Organisation in Greece and is addressed to providers (including Greeks) who are licensed and permanently practising the profession/activity in another EU Member State and wish to operate in the Greek territory for a limited period of time.

Conditions

The person concerned must legally exercise the profession in question in the Member State of establishment.

The legal representative of the legal person must not be engaged in the business of a supplier, manufacturer, lessor or seller of diving equipment and must not participate in the shareholding structure or in the management of a legal person engaged in such or related activities.

The person concerned must have established his/her business with the competent tax office.

The legal representative of the legal entity must not have been declared or have applied for bankruptcy, or be in a state of bankruptcy, deprivation of liberty or subsidiary legal aid.

The legal representative of the legal entity must not be a fugitive from justice or punishment.

The legal representative of the legal entity must not have been irrevocably convicted of offences which constitute an impediment to appointment to public office in Greece.

      Cross-border provision of services for the exercise of twelve (12) administrative procedures under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Shipping and the Aegean/Headquarters of the Hellenic Coast Guard in the Greek territory, in accordance with the provisions of article 17 of Law No. 3844/2010 (A΄63) pursuant to the provisions of Article 17 of Regulation 3844/2010 (A΄63) in application of Directive 2006/123/EC.
