The applicant shall be a Greek citizen or a citizen of a European Union (EU) or European Economic Area (EEA) member-state

Consent of the Health Service after testing/examining sea waters (sought ex officio)

The facilities shall have the necessary means, equipment and training to deal with pollution incidents in accordance with the decision of the Ministry of Maritime Affairs No. 2421.3/01/02 (GG B 687/2002).

The age of the applicant must be over 18 years.

In the case of a legal entity, it must be established in Greece or an EU member state. / E.O.H..
