• 1Application – Solemn Declaration considered as Solemn Declaration according to article 8 of Law 1599/1986, listing the details of the applicant natural or legal person, the Tax Register Number (AFM) and the Local Tax Office (DOY) to which the person belongs and where the commencement of operations has been performed, based on the Activity Code (KAD) 55.90.14. The Solemn Declaration shall state the activities (educational/ demonstrational/ attendance) practiced within the agricultural operation, in case the accommodation is outside of its bounds. If any of the activities thus declared is subsequently changed, the business shall submit a new Solemn Declaration.Application

Granting a Special Operation Label for Agrotourism (ESA) to Agrotourism Businesses

What you will need

1Copy of general-use criminal record or equivalent document, if the applicant is a national of another EU member-state, showing that the applicant (operator or lessee) has not been irrevocably convicted for felony. A document is considered ‘equivalent’ if issued by a competent judicial or administrative authority of the state, certifying there is no irrevocable conviction for felony. If in the country of origin or provenance, there is no provision for the issuance of a document equivalent to the extract of the criminal record, the latter may be substituted by a an affidavit or, for countries where this is not used, by a solemn declaration, submitted by the interested party be-fore the competent judiciary or administrative authority or, as the case may be, before a notary of the country of origin or provenance, who shall provide an attestation as to the submission of the affidavit or the solemn declaration. The copy of general-use criminal record, as well as the above documents shall be submitted within three months from their date of issue.
