Conditions
License for the installation and operation of a B class distillery or a special factory for vinegar production or a special factory for the manufacture of raisin syrup and similar preparations or Certificate of exemption from the obligation to obtain the said licence.
Existence of mechanical equipment, facilities, production capacity and manufacturing methods of raisin syrup in accordance with applicable legal and regulatory framework.
Fees / Imposts
- 116 € for the Right on Performing Chemical Works (Minimum, 29 € per hour of control, 4 hours average, without transportation costs) Payment of Chemical Tasks Execution Rights (DEXE): € 29 per testing hour. • On average 3-5 hours are required. • If the test is carried out outside the premises of the Service, actual travel expenses are added to the costs, plus the in force per diem compensation of travelling employees.
