Description
Issue of an attestation to the interested party (natural or legal person) that the shop may be established at the specific location. Concerns (a) Shops of sanitary interest (KYE), (b) theatres and cinemas. Does not concern: the stores of sanitary interest within tourist accommodation, within the facilities of special tourist infrastructures of par.1 of Law 4276/2014, shops of sanitary interest within land port area and shops of sanitary interest within seagoing ships.

About
After the above deadline, it is considered that the attestation/confirmation has been issued (tacit approval), provided that the operation of the specific activity in the specific position is not prohibited. The interested party may request by the competent department of the Municipality an issuance of an attestation regarding the expira-tion of the above deadline.

Remarks
The attestation is valid for five (5) months from its issuance. During this period the interested party should notify the establishment of the shop. The deadline of 15 days is valid except from cases where the property falls within Law 3028/2002. In this case extra time is needed.
