Description

The procedure pertains to the temporary and occasional provision of physiotherapy laboratory services and is addressed to providers (including Greeks) who are licensed and permanently practicing the profession/activity in another EU member state and wish to operate in the Greek territory for a limited period of time.

1Certificate from a competent authority of the Member State of establishment that the provider is legally established therein and is lawfully pursuing that professional activity and that he has not been prohibited, even temporarily, from exercising it at the time of issue of the certificate. If no authorization is provided for the specific activity by the Member State of establishment, a certificate from the competent authority of the Member State of establishment regarding the legal incorporation of the company and its legal representative shall be provided.Certificate

3Qualifications certifying that the provider has relevant training in the practice of aesthetics or proof of professional experience of at least two years in the last ten years prior to the provision of services in Greece, in case the profession is not regulated by law in the Member State of establishment.
