Description

This procedure concerns the issue or modification of a licence for the establishment and operation of a pure or mixed compressed natural gas and energy distribution station.

For the establishment licence: The person concerned (the natural person or, in the case of a legal person, the members and the representative) must be either a Greek citizen or a citizen of an EU member state or of the European Economic Area.

For the establishment licence: In case of a Legal Entity, it must have its registered office in Greece.

For the establishment licence: The person concerned (the natural person or, in the case of a legal person, its members and representative) must have reached the age of majority in accordance with the electoral legislation.

For the establishment licence: The person concerned (the natural person or, in the case of a legal person, the members and the representative) must not have been convicted of offences provided for in Art. 53 οf Law 3421/2005.

For the authorisation to establish: the person concerned (the natural person or, in the case of a legal person, his or her representative) must not have been sentenced for the last eight years for fuel smuggling or adulteration (Law 4439/2016).

For the establishment permit: the person concerned (the natural person or, in the case of a legal person, the members and its representative) must be entitled to use the space where the agency is established.

For the establishment permit: the establishment of a CNG station should be allowed by the applicable land use regulations.

For the establishment license: the requirements of the institutional framework of the YA 93067/1083/2018 must be met.

For the operating licence: The application for an operating licence requires the approval of the establishment licence and that all conditions of the establishment licence have been complied with.

For the permit amendment: Description of the relevant changes.

For amendment of a licence: Re-approval of the relevant supporting documents, on the basis of the institutional framework (Article 26(4) of P.D. 595/1984).

Establishment permit: The premises and equipment of the installation shall comply with the requirements laid down in the institutional framework.

For the establishment licence: The business must be subject to the Standard Environmental Commitments.

Authorisation of establishment: if thirty (30) working days have elapsed without the licensing authority having approved or rejected the request, the interested party is deemed to have legally established the service station business without any additional restriction (implicit approval) and may request a relevant certificate from the licensing authority, in accordance with par. The licence holder may apply for a permit to operate a vehicle in accordance with Article 4 of Article 10 of Law 3230/2004 (Α΄ 44). Operating licence: In the event that the thirty (30) working days period has elapsed without the Licensing Authority having approved or rejected the request, the interested party shall be deemed to be able to legally operate the service station business without any additional restriction (implicit approval) and may request a certificate from the Licensing Authority, pursuant to par. 4 of Article 10 of Law 3230/2004 (Α 44). Amendment of the licence: If the period of fifteen (15) working days has elapsed without the Licensing Authority having approved or rejected the request, it shall be deemed that the requested modifications have been approved (implicit approval) and may request a certificate from the Licensing Authority, pursuant to par. 4 of Article 10 of Law 10. 3230/2004 (Α 44).
