Description

The procedure is the first part for the final issuance of the Chief Technician of 3rd Specialty Installation Engineer Licence. More specifically, the parts of the process are: - Authorization of participation in examinations for the purpose of obtaining a Licence of Chief Technician of 3rd Specialty Installation Engineer - the final stage is the issuance of a Certificate(Attestation) of Submission of Supporting Documents – and - Issuance of the Licence of Chief Technician of 3rd Specialty Installation Engineer - the final stage is the issuance of the relevant Licence.

Conditions

1st stage: a) The applicant must have obtained the Licence of Installation Technician or b) The applicant must have obtained the Licence of Chief Installation Technician of 1st, 2nd or 4th Specialty or c) If the applicant is a citizen of an EU member state and has acquired his / her professional qualifications in another Member State, either as a self-employed or as an employee, these professional qualifications must have been recognized by the competent authority of the country. 1st stage: Authorisation to participate in examinations for a Licence of Chief Installation Technician of 3rd Specialty

1st stage: If the applicant is an Installation Technician, he/she must also have acquired 24 months of previous work experience in installations of the 3rd Specialty after having submitted an application for the issuance of an Attestation of Announcement of an Installation Technician. If the applicant is a Chief Installation Technician of 1st, 2nd or 4th Specialty, he/she must also have acquired 8 months of previous work experience as an Installation Technician in installations of the 3rd Specialty. In case the applicant has attended one or more special Vocational training programs, the corresponding prerequisite service may be replaced up to 25% by those, after the issuance of an Attestation of Announcement or a valid Licence - 1st stage: Authorisation to participate in examinations for a Licence of Chief Installation Technician of 3rd Specialty

1st stage: If the applicant has obtained a degree after the issuance of the relevant Licence, he/she must prove it by submitting the relevant degree. - 1st stage: Authorisation to participate in examinations for a Licence of Chief Installation Technician of 3rd Specialty

9In case of inability to present the above-mentioned supporting documents, as a result of the destruction of records or employment records or from another cause, the following may be accepted as evidence: Booklets of insurance stamps, as well as any other public document, from which the employment of the applicant in a job position with the same or related object is deduced and the interested party must substantiate in his/her application the reasons for which he/she is unable to provide the necessary supporting documents. One or more supporting documents have been submitted that cover as a minimum the required total duration of previous professional experience. Approval of participation in examinations: In case of expiration of the above deadline of 15 days, it is considered that the application of the interested party has been implicitly accepted, according to par. 4 of article 14 of law 3844/2010 (Government Gazette 63 / AD / 3 -5-2010). The interested party in the aforementioned case of tacit approval may request the relevant certificate from the Issuing Authority, in accordance with par. 4 of article 10 of law 3230/2004 (Government Gazette 44 / AD / 11.02.2004).
