The applicant must be a trader of weapons or objects listed in Law No. 2168/1993, which are classified as collectibles, historical relics or family heirlooms.

Weapons to be imported must be designated as collectibles, historical relics or family heirlooms and be accompanied, where required, by a disablement certificate.

The prescribed safety measures must be complied with.

  • Application for the import permit indicating the details of the items, as well as the following information: (1) In case of a sole proprietorship: Last Name, First Name, Fathers Name, Mothers Name, date and place of birth, home address, ID or passport number, date of issue and issuing authority, occupation, telephone number and email. (2) In case of a legal person: Name or trade name and registered office, as well as the aforementioned details of the legal representative. It should be expressly stated that the application relates to a trader.
