The procedure concerns the notification of operation of sheltered car parks, motorcycles and motorcycles, supporting documents kept in the field of activity, the way information is disclosed in the event of an imminent change, the authorities to which the notification and its changes are notified.

For the submission of a service notification of a housed vehicle parking space: Compliance with the terms and conditions in accordance with DC 455/1976 (sharing, facilities, building, electromechanical equipment, marking, etc.).

For the start of a housed parking operation: Submission by the operator of the original (new) notification activity and maintenance of a copy of the notification in the area of activity.

When the original notification is submitted, no supporting documents shall be provided; the entity must keep a dossier with the supporting documents required, together with proof of the submission of the notification in the field of activity.

For the change of elements of the housing station or the change of an entity: Submission of the change and maintenance of a copy of that notification in the field of activity.

When submitting the notification of changes, no supporting documents shall be provided; the entity must keep a dossier with the supporting documents required, a copy of both the notification of the change and the notifications prior to the change and the evidence of all notifications to the area of activity.

Fees / Imposts

  • For the submission of the original notification of a house park for car parks, motorcycles and motorcycles, the previous payment of an incorrect amount of EUR 200 (EUR 200,00) is required. No fee is required for notification of closure, change of entity or change of another notified item other than the place where the activity is carried out.

    6Confirmation of an area of primary use by a private engineer pursuant to Article 107 of Law 4495/2017, which states the precise location of the property, the total area of the main area after the annexes, the certificate of use of land by the relevant Building Service (HPT) and expressly confirms that the area is legally existing in relation to the construction and use as a housed car park, motorcycles and motopeds and fulfils all the conditions for operating as a housed car park, motorcycles and motopeds, in accordance with the applicable building and building regulations, the fire protection regulation, the existing general and specific urban provisions, as well as building specifications of the specific activity of legislation. This certificate shall be accompanied by:I) copies of all public documents on urban legality (building permit, revision or updating of building permit, approval of small-scale construction works, decision to exclude from demolition, authorization, certificate of completion of the procedure for the inclusion of provisions suspending the imposition of sanctions or a certificate of payment of 30% of the single special fine, etc.), II) copies of approved facades of the space that the activity of the covered car, motorcycle and motorbike parking area is going to operate, in which all its spaces are imprinted.Certificate
