The applicant shall have a TAXISnet username and password

The person concerned has not been convicted of any criminal offence or any act related to the exercise of the profession of barber - hairdresser

The applicant must hold: 1. A level 2 vocational education and training degree of the Vocational Education and Training Act. 2009/1992, specialization of Technical Vocational School of Hairdressing and Hair Colouring or 2. Vocational education and training degree level 2 of the law 2009/1992, specializing in T.E.E. A cycle of studies "Hairdressing Art" or 3. A vocational education and training degree at level 3 of the law 2009/1992 of the specialization T.E.E. B cycle of studies of the specialty "Hairdressing Art" or 4. Vocational education and training diploma of law 3475/2006 specializing in "Hairdressing Art" or 5. A diploma of professional training and education specialization, level 3, awarded to graduates of Vocational Training Schools (V.E.K.) after certification of the specialty "Hairdressing Technician" or 6. Vocational specialization, education and training, "Hairdressing Art", level 4, awarded to graduates of the 3rd class of Vocational Lyceums (EPAL) after in-school examinations or 7. A Vocational Lyceum (Epa.L.), level 4 (equivalent to the General Lyceum Diploma), awarded to graduates of the 3rd Class of Vocational Lyceums (EPAP.L.) after in-school examinations, specializing in "Hairdressing Art" or 8. General or vocational high school diploma, level 4, awarded to graduates of the 3rd grade of high schools or 9. A diploma of vocational specialization, education and training, level 5, awarded to graduates of the "Post-secondary year of apprenticeship class" of Epa.L. schools after certification or a diploma of vocational specialization, education and training, level 5, awarded to graduates of I.E.K. after certification or 10. Equivalent foreign qualification of the above cases. The applicant must have attended an E.O.P.E.P. continuing vocational training course of at least 600 hours in a Lifelong Learning Centre (LLLC), compatible with the current professional curriculum. or If the applicant is an expert, he/she must have successfully completed the certification examinations of the E.O.P.P..E.P.

For reasons of identity the applicant has to submit the proper documents (if the person concerned is a Greek citizen or a citizen of an EU Member State)

The applicant must not be suffering from a communicable or other disease compatible with his/her employment.

If the person concerned is a foreign citizen (third country national), he/she must be legally resident in the country and he/she must have acquired the right to work legally in the country.

In case the applicant holds a degree of Technical Vocational School (T.E.S.) and (T.E.E.) of the 1st cycle, he/she must have acquired 9 months of experience or in case the applicant holds a degree of T.E.E. of the 2nd cycle, a Vocational School (Epa. S.), Vocational Lyceum (Epa.L.) and General Lyceum Diploma, he/she must have acquired 6 months of experience or in case the applicant holds a Certificate of attendance and certification of a certified programme of Lifelong Learning Centres (K.D.B.M.), he/she must have acquired 24 months of experience in the relevant profession, which was acquired before or after graduation or during the course of study or in case the interested person is an expert, he/she must have acquired 3 years or more of experience until 31-12-2017 or he/she must have worked for 900 days with dependent or non-dependent work in a hairdressers or barbers shop or a corresponding certificate of experience from a Local Government Organization.
